I have decided this year, to have a new fitness plan known as My New 2014 Fitness Plan, which means “out with the old, and in with the new”. Just had to change my Fitness plan because boredom started to set in.
Brick Lane in East London is a fascinating place to visit. It’s one of London’s popular hubs. Brick Lane is about all things retro, vintage, old School but also modern and it seems like Sunday is the best day to go there.
My workout involves a trip to my Gym accompanied with a dose of Pilates all in one day. I usually feel energised maybe with the help of a drink at least 1 litre of water at intervals.

Autumn in Myatt’s Field Park and in the U.K. signifies the end of the long warm summer days and marks the beginning of colder and shorter days but needless to say I’ve enjoyed my autumn strolls.
